Warranty Policy

WARRANTY

AISION DESIGN offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year following the original purchase date of your AISION watch from an authorized dealer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship with your AISION watch. If you encounter either of these issues with your watch we will repair or replace it, subject to our inspection of the watch. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries, glass, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss, or theft. Having a warranty does not mean you can abuse your watch and expect to have it repaired free of charge. You will void your warranty if you open your case back, push the buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture. The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights.
